Your responsibilities:
Develop, support and implement social media strategies and projects with a focus on paid social media across all major platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube and Twitter
Analyze existing social media strategies, develop industry benchmarks and derive data driven initiatives
Create, develop and execute best-in-class campaigns to support the respective business goals of our clients
Ongoing management and optimization of paid social media campaigns with a strong focus on marketing automation
Manage social media budget and create analytics to quantify and qualify effectiveness of interactive campaigns
Collaborate and work closely with the digital marketing departments within OMMAX
Support in pitch presentations to secure further success of OMMAX
What we require:
University degree in business, media, marketing, communications or a related discipline with outstanding academic grades (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
First work experience in the digital field with focus on social media is a plus
Profound understanding and affinity of social media channels and digital trends in general
Structured way of working and a cool head even in pressure situations
Confident appearance and strong presentation skills towards internal and external contacts of different disciplines
Strong analytical mindset and technical ability, yet creative
Service oriented and communicative team player with passion for work
Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluent in English
